    The Legend of Hei II

The Legend of Hei II, is easily the best animated movie I’ve seen all of this year, and it’s not even close.

The animation is amazing. The soundtracks are awesome. The fight sequences are beyond anything I’ve seen in animation all year.

I had high hopes for Nezha too, but it doesn’t even come close to The Legend of Hei. Nothing from Japanese animation came close either I would say.

And I don’t think I’ve seen powerful characters ever portrayed as being so incredibly powerful as Wuxian was. Not in movies, and that’s including Superman.

No one I know, knows about this movie, nor cares to watch the movie, but everyone needs to watch this movie. Animation could forever change after the legend of Hei.

So much was said without words. The comedy was spot on. Nothing was overdone. Nothing was predictable. And the excitement was incredible.

    Groundhog Day

    I love this movie

  • Leela

    Leela

It was a surprisingly good movie. It was quite meaningful.

Though my parents who watched with me, did not like it at all.

    They lack taste I guess.

  • The Batman

    The Batman

Well, that was a fun movie. Even though it wasn’t the best batman.. it was still really fun seeing batman beat criminals up. So..

  • Suzume

    Suzume

    Slight spoiler:

The girl and the guy do not exactly end up together. They are seen meeting each other again at the end of the series, nothing more. Of course they couldn’t have gotten together, since the girl is still in school and the dude is a graduate student. The author could have made the female character be of age and not really take much away from the story, but they just had to stick a kid into the role. What is this obsession with kids?!

    Great movie though.

  • Redline

    Redline

    Unparalleled excitement and adrenaline!

At least among animated movies I think.

The entire movie is about the galaxies most dangerous race, Redline, and love, friendship, teamwork, betrayal and several other things. But primarily the race, Redline!

I’m so happy this movie has a really good English dub. To me, it sounded way more wack in Japanese.

The character, different species, different worlds, different vehicles and everything else is so very interesting. We’re thrown into a brand new world that we know nothing about, where everything is new and instead of being curious or confused, or curious, you’re just excited, since the YellowLine Race is going on, and it’s fun to watch. Way too much fun to be bothered by other trivialities.

I ran out of things to say without having to think more, but this is easily better than the F1 movie, starring Brad Pitt.
